The apple watch app is great too

This app is the best of youre curious about the starry sky. One of the best purchases Ive made.

I like this app. My son, loves this app. Hes always asking to see my phone so he can figure out were the planets are or show off in front of his friends and act like hes smart. I guess what they dont know wont hurt them. There only 12. But anyways this app is a cool app. When youre bored and the sky is clear you can pull out your phone and learn whats what in that sky of ours.

Seems buggy on my 6s Plus, like the gyroscope is off

This app is phenomenal. Visually fantastic and easy to use. My only complaint is that the privacy options are to track location "always" or "never." Never limits the apps capabilities and ease of use. But there is no reason why the app needs to track your location even when you are not using it. Add a "while using the app" option.

I really love this app but it will not work in my iPhone 6 Plus.

Ever wonder what that star in the sky is? So many times Ive wondered and this app will tell you. As an avid astronomer, this is the best app to locate stars, planets and nebulas. Best app out there.

App is off by 1/2 a day I point my phone at the moon and it tells me its the sun wth

I don’t know if the problem is the new phone or the iOS, but ever since I upgraded to the new iPhone 6s plus, this app does not work. it crashes if i try to add anything to my calendar. The calendar itself is missing most content. For example, there is the Leonid meteor shower happening now, but it is not listed in the calendar in the app. Very disappointed because this had been my favorite app for years. I wish it was still usable. I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing but it didn’t help.

Love this app

This is one of those apps that cannot keep up with technology. It was great when it was created. The developers should award the 8 million customers who made the app a hit a few years ago with a free version of their second version of the app. Very disappointed.

Please make compatible with Google cardboard / Virtual reality!!!

I have us this app more a couple years and love it. My only reason for writing this review is that it will not load the Apple Watch app onto the watch. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it will not work. Is there a trick to this app? Please inform us or fix the issue please. Thanks

Star Walk! Ive owned your app for probably 4-5 years. It is the most: comprehensive; effortlessly above and beyond functional; information rich; and beautiful star/constellation/DSO app for amateur astronomers, and really anyone interested in space and constellations. I have used this app for so long because of all of these reasons. I have always smiled when Ive shown it to friends who are inquiring to the group about the stars above. I especially have adored the music selections over the years that Ive heard, including the selections by Astropilot, in the space-ambient genre. In many cases, this ambient music directs a greater appreciation of the environment and the application. I wanted to thank you and the staff of Star Walk, for this exceptional application and for all of the vast updates and optimizations. My heart full cheers, Johnny Wallace

Map doesnt move when I move phone.

When I first downloaded this several years ago it worked great. Then the sky tracking function stopped working. Every year or so I try it again and still no luck. Ive reinstalled, looked for support online, etc. Nothing helps so its useless. I see lots of reports of the same issue but nothing from developer telling anyone what to do about it. There have been dozens of updates but no fix. I use an iPhone 6s but the problem was there on my 5s as well. Sad.
